Assistance system

Assisting Teaching/Learning (Assuring the right to learn)

  • Learning equipment rental assistance: laptops (for in-class note-taking), message stone crome book (subtitle service), Soboro (subtitle service tab), etc.
  • Scribing support: class note-taking, stenography, and exam writing
  • Exam (assessment) support: exam writing, exam file (text), exam paper enlargement, separate exam space provision
  • Course support: Early class registration (students with disabilities as well as education assistance personnel are registered at the center), and seating reservation
  • Learning support: Science and Engineering, English and Mathmatics tutoring
  • Supplementary materials production support: class materials, supplementary materials (text) production service


Assistance management for students with disabilities education activities

  • 1:1 matching students with disabilities with education support personnel (government supported service scholarship students) to support and reduce the inconveniences of academic and campus life
  • Support target: Students with severe disabilities who wish to apply for educational support services
    ※ In the case that a student with a low degree of disabilities applies, he or she can apply after deliberation by the Special Support Committee.
  • Available services: class or exam writing service, stenography service, remote support, tutoring service, livelihood service, movement support, etc.
  • Application period: early course registration period every semester, and after consultation during freshmen orientation in case of freshmen
